Our story

Cooper Installation Services was founded in Dallas, TX, in 1999 with a promise: if we pick up the phone every time and finish every job right, the work will follow.

Twenty-seven years later we run 30,000 installations a year out of seven states. We provide work for over 100 installers. Our mission is to make each installation as successful as possible.

We service the states we know. We train the crews we work with. And when something goes wrong, it's fixed by a professional who shows up to your driveway.

What we stand for

Three rules, no exceptions.

Rule 01

Pick up the phone.

Every call, every time. Average pickup is under 90 seconds during business hours; voicemails are returned the same day.

Rule 02

Finish the job right.

We do the walkthrough corner by corner. If something's off, we fix it that day — not on a service call two weeks later.
